I have osteoarthritis and early subcondrial sclerosis in my left knee. I've been on a course of exercises with Simon and recently he gave me a Durolane injection shortly before a two-week trip to the Alps. I managed 5 mountain routes at around AD with plenty of ascent and descent, two multipitch sport routes at 5b/5c and a Via Ferrata. The knee isn't totally pain-free but it stood up really well and undoubtedly is much improved under Simon's care! I doubt I would have undertaken this without Simon's help.

Fantastic experience being treated by Anthony. I got a knee injury when training for the London Marathon that I thought was a game ender. With Anthony's help I was able to make the changes to my training that not only got me over the line in one piece but with a PB too! Would recommend for any runners seeking treatment.

I have seen both Simon who is the owner and a very experienced physio and Lucy who is an expert in sports massage. Both helped massively during my training for a marathon, including an injury that crept up just two weeks before. Their advice and treatment meant I was able to complete the race. Highly recommend.
