Our newest site! Located at the newly opened Climbing Hangar in the centre of Bristol with close proximity to Bristol Temples Meads. With a large gym and training area, for both climbers and non-climbers this site offers facility for comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation.

BACKWELL

One of our new locations for 2025, and one we’re really in love with! Based at the brand new Quarry Strength and Fitness, Backwell, we make the most of the vast functional exercise and gym space for guided rehabilitation coaching within our array of management options. The proximity to the M5 motorway makes this location highly accessible for clients, even from as far as Cornwall and the Midlands!
