Remote Physiotherapy

RISE is now open for face to face appointments where appropriate, but we are still offering a hugely valuable, specialist virtual rehab service.


We expertly treat all injuries from head to toe, and have specialisms in treating climbing injuries, running injuries, gymnastics and triathlon. We also have therapists with extra training in pre and post-natal exercise as well as a huge depth or experience treating low back pain and providing physiotherapy and rehabilitation for long term conditions such as ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis. We also have experience in treating under 18 athletes to the very highest level (Commonwealth Games, Youth Olympics, World Cups).

For the same price as a face to face appointment you will have a thorough subjective and virtual physical assessment, getting you to locate and physically self-test the region to diagnose your condition and provide you with management advice and a bespoke, highly effective home-based rehabilitation programme. This is delivered professionally and securely as a combined written and video package and you’ll have ongoing support to help you come back stronger.
