George Williams

George is a highly experienced Senior Musculoskeletal and Enhanced Practice Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience and a specialist focus on upper limb and climbing injuries, including work with elite and international level climbers.

With NHS Orthopaedic Pathway experience in the upper limb service, and extensive sports physiotherapy experience, George provides highly specialised care to elderly and athletes alike.  His clinical approach blends accurate diagnosis with structured rehabilitation, complementary therapies and progressive exercise to support safe and confident return to sport. George incorporates Point of Care Ultrasound and Injection therapy in addition to his conventional physiotherapy treatments supporting diagnosis and guiding treatment options.
